Whitney's Wings provides an opportunity for community members to request items they are in need of when experiencing difficult times. To make a request, select Request Form in the menu.
We will do our best to respond within 48 hours. We ask that you limit your requests to one unless absolutely necessary.

We cannot accommodate major purchases at this time (i.e. strollers, car seats, etc.) but can help solicit items as second-hand donations from other families as needed.

We serve the West Liberty, Tipton, West Branch, and surrounding smaller communities in Iowa.  The form can also be accessed here.

Whitney's Wings wants to help teachers stock their classrooms! At the beginning of the school year, we will give away at least one $250 prize and over $400 in additional prizes! Teachers may self-nominate or can be nominated. This is open to teachers who serve Cedar County and West Liberty School Districts.
